PROJECT OVERVIEW

Yogabot had an amazing product when they came to us. They took potential clients resumes through a backend software platform, translated them into a visual dashboard for HR personnel in order to hire the most qualified candidate. Instead of an HR staff member searching through thousands of resumes they could update their dashboard and find out which one was the most qualified according to their qualifications. The problem Yogabot had was that they were all technical developers and were unsure how to communicate their solution to potential investors to get this product off the ground.

IDENTITY

Yogabot’s focus is on helping those who recruit, manage and train and retain talent to focus their time, effort and expertise away from repetitive tasks and toward the things that make them difference makers in their company.

Professionals who are engaged in recruiting, developing and retaining employees and students have a massive responsibility and role. Human capital is the most important asset we have, so why do we spend over 50% of our time on “low impact tasks”?

We remove mundane recruiting, assessment and retentions tasks with a greater degree of accuracy, and data while reducing time, cost and risk. We help professionals find “more” of the people they are looking for so they can focus on the deeper insights and manage talent in a strategic and impactful fashion.

DESIGN

When Yogabot created their solution they needed a simple way to present it not only to investors, but have an idea of how to showcase their talents to the end-users. We were bringing a ground breaking technology to market, so we wanted to avoid the blue color scheme that ensures trust and compliance. We chose to focus on daring colors like red to show that we are ready to break the industry wide open. Creating the yoga style logo suggested that we were focused on the user ability and not just another artificial intelligence platform. Organization and simplicity were key in the identity of the product and where the technology would be utilized.
